shipping and delivery
we carefully package every publication to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. delivery times vary depending on your location and the service selected. standard deliveries within denmark or the european union generally take a few days, while shipments to other countries may take longer, and additional customs fees,  axes taxes, or import charges may apply. tracking information will be provided whenever available.

changes and cancellations
if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. once an order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

returns and refunds
if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact orders@costainstitute.com within seven days of delivery and include photographs if applicable. items must be unused and in their  oginal original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. if the issue is due to an error on our part or damage during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. refunds or replacements will be provided promptly once the returned item has been received and assessed.
